Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. lightly spray medium-size muffin cups with nonstick spray or line with paper baking cups. 2. Stir muffin mix with 1/2 cup 2% milk until just moistened. 3. Divide batter among muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full. 4. Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until a light golden brown.
