Product Instructions
Preparation Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. In a 1-1/2-quart baking dish, stir together potatoes, sauce mix, 2 cups boiling (Use boiling water for best potato texture and sauce appearance) water, 1/2 cup 2% milk and 2 tablespoons butter. 3. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until top is light golden brown and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven (sauce will thicken as it stands).

Microwave Directions: 1. Stir together potatoes, sauce mix, 2-1/2 cups hot water, 1/2 cup 2% milk and 2 tablespoons butter in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. 2. Microwave uncovered on high for 13 to 18 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until potatoes are tender (sauce will thicken as it stands). Dish will be hot. Note: cooking time is approximate because microwave ovens vary.
