Product Instructions
Preparation Instructions: For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare - do not refreeze. For crispiest coating, we recommend conventional oven preparation.
Caution: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food. Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum.
Conventional or Toaster Oven: 1. Place oven rack in center of oven. 2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 3. Place frozen fish sticks in single layer on shallow baking pan. 4. Bake 16 to 19 minutes; flip halfway through baking time for best results.

Microwave Oven (Recommended Cook Times Based on 1100-watt Oven): 1. Place desired number of frozen fish sticks on microwave-safe dish. 2. Microwave on high (100% power) for amount of time indicated on chart below. For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking. Number of Fish Sticks: 2 to 4 sticks; 2 to 3 minutes cook time; 5 to 7 sticks; 3 to 5 minutes cook time; 8 to 10 sticks; 6 to 7 minutes cook time. 3. Let stand, covered, in microwave for 2 minutes before serving.
