Bake: Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly spray muffin cups with nonstick spray or line with paper baking cups. 2. Combine muffin mix and 1/2 cup 2% milk in a small bowl; stir until just moistened. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. 3. Bake for 14 to 17 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 2 to 3 minutes in pan. Makes about 5 muffins. High altitude directions (about 3,500 feet): Add 1 tablespoon flour to dry mix.
